Lingayen teacher, 5th placer in M.E. exam

LINGAYEN– Erick Hans Lamsen Sorio, who hails from Barangay Libsong, Lingayen, finished 5th place in the 2016 Licensure Examination for Secondary Teachers in the Middle East.

Sorio, presently working as assistant professor at the Center for Health Studies at the Prince Sultan Military Medical City in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2013, received a resolution from the provincial board congratulating him for his success.

He took the Special Licensure Board Examination for Teachers last Sept. 16, 2016.

Sorio was honor student with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Pangasinan where he graduated Cum Laude in 2005 and likewise conferred a Leadership Excellence Award.

Immediately after his graduation, Sorio was employed as an associate professor at the College of Health Sciences of the university for eight years before he took an overseas job.

The resolution authored by Board Members Nestor Reyes and Jeremy Agerico Rosario described his accomplishment “as an inspiration to all Pangasinenses.“ (PIO)
