Celi, a new engineer
PHILAMER Glorious T. Celi, successfully hurdled the licensure examinations for Aeronautical Engineers administered, on November 8-10, 2016, at the St. Jude College in Manila.
A graduate of PATTS College of Aeronautics (B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering) Celi was one of the 170 passers out of 314 examinees that took the licensure exam. He completed his basic education at the Mother Goose School System, in Dagupan City, and passed the Career Professional Service Eligibility Examinations on May 3, 2015.
He is the son of Philamer C. Celi and Ofelia T. Celi.
