STARTUP PANGASINAN — The Socially Digital Symposium held last October 7 and organized by Metro Dagupan ICT led by the President Ed Casulla (left) and by Department of ICT thru Director Cheryl Ortega of Luzon Cluster 2, ended on a high note with the organization of the Startup Pangasinan team.  The symposium speakers, Vanj Padilla of CommAsia (2nd from left), Tzar Umang of 23O9 Technologies (3rd from left) and Janette Toral (right) of DigitalFilipino receive tokens of appreciation at the end of the event.
