DUE to inclement weather caused by southwest monsoon that inundated low lying places in the province last week, the 2016 Inter-Hospital Cup Bowling Tournament which was supposed to start on August 16 was reset for August 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the CSI Bowling Lanes in Tapuac, Dagupan City.

According to tournament director Jean Sunga, majority of the players called to advise her that they were unable to leave their homes because of the flood in their communities and asked for the postponement for at least a week.

“We have reset the opening of the tourney. We hope that the weather on August 23 will be cooperative this time,” she said. (Jesus Garcia, Jr.)
