END OF THE LINE — Michael Baltazar, 35 years old, married, tricycle driver and a resident of Calmay Ilocano, Dagupan City, lies lifeless along the De Venecia Highway noontime Thursday, August 18, after he was shot to death by two unidentified hitmen riding in tandem who immediately fled after the incident.
