BOARD TOPNOTCHER — Former R1MC resident doctor, Dr. Melanie G. Victoria of Baguio City, shown with Dr. Roland Mejia, finished first in the recent board examination for Sub-specialty Board for the Philippine Society of Hematology and Blood Transfusion on July 31, 2016. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology at the St. Louis University College of Medicine, Victoria was head of Department of Pediatrics, from 2008 to 2012, at Region 1 Medical Center.
