BANI—The second drug personality in this town was killed in an armed encounter with police operatives who were to arrest him here around 5:00 a.m. last Friday, Aug. 12.

Report from Senior Superintendent Ronald Oliver Lee, acting provincial director, identified the slain drug suspect as Russel Camba of legal age, resident of Barangay San Vicente this town.

Camba reportedly tried to escape and open fired at pursuing police personnel, prompting the latter to retaliate that resulted in the death of the suspect.

Combined police elements were serving the warrant of arrest for the crime of frustrated murder signed by Alaminos City Judge Mervin Jovito Samadan. (Tita Roces)
