A CHECK worth P1.7 Million was recently released to San Fabian Mayor Constante B. Agbayani to fund the BuB project that will upgrade its existing Business Permits and Licensing System (BPLS).

Meanwhile, a P1 Million check was also released to the San Fabian PWDs Consumers Cooperative to implement its Yaman Pinoy BuB 2015 project. The project fund will provide livelihood opportunities and at the same time improve the capacities of the intended beneficiaries through training.

Candle making is a thriving livelihood activity in the area due to the presence of a pilgrim site in nearby municipality of Manaoag. The churches all over the province and nearby provinces constitute also a big market for this item.
