AGENTS of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency’s Region 1 office in Pangasinan and the Calasiao Police Station arrested Dennis Gavino, a.k.a. ‘Kabayan’ of Barangay San Miguel, Calasiao, after he was found in possession of 9 grams of Shabu and several drug paraphernalia at his residence after serving the search warrant issued by the court in Dagupan City.

Also found in his possession were P130,000 cash and a loaded caliber.45.

Cases of violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and Republic Act 10591 have been filed against him.

Meanwhile, a buy-bust operation also led to the successful arrest of Victor Macayong, 46-year-old tricycle driver and a resident of Barangay Bayaoas, Urdaneta City last July 18, 2016 when he sold a plastic sachet of shabu to a PDEA undercover agent.

The operation was conducted on Alonzo Street, Poblacion, Urdaneta City. Seized from him were the marked money and cellular phone used in the deal. The suspect is a known pusher and user in the city. (PDEA R1)
