Governor Amado “Pogi” I. Espino, III swears into office his successor – Sta. Barbara Association of Barangay Captains president Jeane Jinky C. Zaplan as the new Liga ng mga Barangay Provincial president at an oath-taking ceremony last July 4 at the Office of the Governor, Provincial Capitol building in Lingayen. Witnessing the rites are Jinky Zaplan’s husband, Sta. Barbara Mayor Carlito Zaplan along with some family members and village chiefs. Mrs. Zaplan will now serve as an ex-officio member of the 9th Sangguniang Panlalawigan until the Barangay polls in October this year. /RMCL/RGutierrezIII
