FINAL BATCH OF LAP BENEFICIARIES UNDER GATE. The final batch of livelihood assistance program (LAP) distribution under the administration of Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. concluded on a high note with the distribution of Php3.77 million to beneficiaries, said to be highest amount given among the 44 batches, which received the overall total amount of Php70.16 million. Governor Espino is flanked by representatives of the 44th batch of beneficiary organizations as they flash the Pangasinan No. 1 sign after the distribution of livelihood aid held at the Ceremonial Hall of Urduja House at the Capitol Complex on June 22. The LAP, launched in October 13, 2008 during the first term of Gov. Espino, is designed to aid Pangasinenses on their livelihood ventures and entrepreneurial activities. Assisting the governor during the distribution are: Provincial Population Office (PPO) Consultant Luzviminda Muego, Provincial Veterinarian Eric Jose Perez, PPO OIC Ellsworth Gonzales and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Emil Samson. /Photo by RGutierrezIII/MGNO
