KIZZIAH Ella Mariñas Claveria, a Grade 9 student of St. John’s Cathedral School (SJCS), is this year’s Manlingkor ya Kalangweran’s (MYK) Young City Mayor.

She and 56 students from the different public and private schools completed the three-day leadership training last June 7-9 at West Central 1 Elementary School under the direct supervision of the Dagupan City Schools Division headed by Schools Division Superintendent Froserfina J. Bravo through Education Program Supervisor Liezl S. Cancino.

‘Manlingkor ya Kalangweran’ is a unique leadership program of the city for outstanding young students to inspire them to be conscious of, and aspire for ideals that would make them as outstanding leaders in government, business, and in other fields of endeavor.
