LINGAYEN— Operatives of the Bayambang Police Station (BPS) failed to arrest a known drug suspect but seized 10 heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu and other drug paraphernalia at a suspect’s residence in Barangay Zone VI, Bayambang town on May 24, 2016.

The anti-illegal drug operation was an implementation of Search Warrant No. 2016-57 dated May 19, 2016 issued by Judge Hermogenes Fernandez of Regional Trial Court Branch 56 in San Carlos City for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act against a certain Rio Roldan.
