2016 Sual bikefest set on April 24

PANGASINAN’S richest bicycle race of the year will be staged in Sual, April 24 as an event during the town fiesta.

Dubbed as the “Second Road Bike Philippines 7-Eleven Cycling Challenge,” the bikefest is an open road race will commence and culminate at the town proper with an approximate distance of 133 kilometers traversing the Sual Coal Plant vicinity three times via Labrador town.

According to race coordinator Sherwin Baguio, the winner will pocket P15,000 top prize with the first to fourth runners-up to earn P10,000, P5,000, P3,000 and P2,000, respectively. The sixth to tenth placers will receive P1,000 apiece and all finishers will collect an incentive prize of P300 each. (Jesus Garcia Jr.)
