THE Dagupan City Council has passed a resolution expressing its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of City Health Officer Leonard Carbonnel who joined his Creator on December 4 due to lingering illness.

The resolution authored by Councilor Jesus Canto, chairman on the committee on health, cited Dr. Carbonnel’s dedicated service to the Dagupan City government and the people of Dagupan in his capacity as city health officer.

The resolution acknowledged that that Dagupan City lost one of its most dedicated and hardworking officials with the demise of Dr. Carbonnel.

The remains of Dr. Carbonnel now lies in state at the Capillia San Juan de Evangelista on Burgos Street.
