DONATION FROM VALENZUELA CITY—Valenzuela City Councilor Ruben Feliciano (left, front row) handed to Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (2nd from left, front row) a P400,000 check donation from Valenzuela City through the office of Valenzuela City Mayor Rex Gatchalian for victims of typhoon “Lando” in Dagupan. There were more than 35,000 families affected by the typhoon in all the 31 barangays of the city, in addition to 350 houses totally damaged with 2,268 others partially. More than 600 families comprising 2,366 individuals were evacuated from 20 barangays, while 19,314 families were considered severely affected.
