CASH AID FOR FARMERS – For the first time in many years16 farmers from Barangays Mangin and Salisay, affected by recent typhoons ‘Kabayan’ and ‘Lando’, receive cash aid from the Philippine Crop Insurance (PCI) ranging from P5,700 to P33,000.
