Alaminos City observes Children’s Month

ALAMINOS CITY—The local government unit of Alaminos City joined the rest of the nation in celebrating the 23rd Children’s Month.

Mayor Arthur Celeste, who was the guest speaker of the event held on November 18, 2015 at the Don Enrique Braganza Complex, underscored on the importance of celebrating the Children’s Month.

During the event, children participated in different activities as singing and draw-and-tell contests participated by a contestant from each cluster.

In the singing tilt, Zoe Leigh Yne Tabua of Sabangan Day Care Center, Marish Kate Bernas, and Ervic Xyllie Althea Tugas emerged as the first, second, and third placers, respectively, while MJ Faye Escobar of Maawi Day Care Center, Shanaira Gianne Zoe Estrella of Poblacion Day Care Center, and Cimberleigh Insong of Pangapisan Day Care Center won first, second, and third in the draw-and-tell contest.
