Torio is new DepEd regional director
LINGAYEN– The Sangguniang Panlalawigan hailed Dr. Alma Ruby Torio’s appointment as regional director of the Department of Education (DepEd) Region.
A resolution commending her for her promotion was passed by SP during a special session. Prior to her appointment in the Region, Torio, a native of Lingayen, Pangasinan, previously served as division schools superintendent of Pangasinan 1.
She deserves the commendation not only of the officials and leaders of this great province but of the entire citizenry as well, noted the resolution authored by Board Member Alfonso Bince Jr. (Johanne Macob)
