Pampanga’s ‘most wanted person’ arrested in Malasiqui

MALASIQUI–The Top 7 Most Wanted Person in Magalang, Pampanga was arrested at 1:00 p.m. of Oct. 15 in in Barangay Asin East, Malasiqui where he was hiding.

Arrested was Armand de Loyola, 48, a construction worker, who has warrants of arrest for 37 counts of qualified theft issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Irin Zenaida Buan of Branch 56 in Angeles City.

Joint personnel of the Malasiqui and Magalang Police Stations arrested the suspect at his hiding place.    

Recommended bail recommended for each of the 37 cases filed against her was P48,000. The suspect was brought to Magalang PS for proper disposition.
