PROTACIO J. Merza, a former entrepreneur from Dagupan City celebrated his 75th birthday last September 12, 2015 at Doubletree by Hilton in Norwalk, California. His family, close friends and relatives graced the occasion.

The celebrant, Mr. Protacio Merza.

He  is a current board member of the Greater Dagupan Association of Southern California. He is also a lifetime member and past Master of Pangasinan

Lodge No. 56 of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines.
