PANGASINAN Fifth District Rep. Kimi Cojuangco untiringly goes around her district, consulting her constituents how she could respond more effectively to their priority needs.
For the congresswoman, listening is the beginning of understanding and by so doing, she is able to identify what matters most to the people.
On Oct. 1, Cong. Kimi was in Pozorrubio town accompanied by Mayor Art Chan, Vice Mayor Kelvin Chan and the town councilors and fifth district Board Member Clemente “Nino” Arboleda Jr.
In pictures below, Cong. Kimi interacts as she shows her affection for the residents of Pozorrubio, listening intently to their sentiments, reassuring them of her readiness to help them and ensuring she gathers personally first- hand what people need in their respective area.
The congresswoman visited barangays Don Benito, Balacag and Casanfernandoan where hundreds of people from all walks of life attended and actively participated in the open forum.
Unlike traditional politicians who promised even the impossible, Cong. Kimi candidly tells her constituents about her own personal limitations and that of her position as a member of the legislative branch of government. She, however, assures them she would work harder coordinating closely with proper government agencies concerned that can provide the services they need.
Rep. Kimi Cojuangco is the lovely wife of former congressman Mark Cojuangco who is offering himself as a candidate for governor of Pangasinan in the 2016 elections.
