DTI holds seminar for entrepreneurs
DAGUPAN CITY– The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) recently conducted consumer education seminars to owners and managers of business establishments in the province on remedy provisions in the Consumer Act of the Philippines or Republic Act 7394
Among the topics discussed were handling complaints, establishing a Consumer Welfare Desk, improving customer service and the salient features of the Consumer Act of the Philippines aimed at improving customer relations and service.
