LINGAYEN—Forgive and forget.

This was the gist of the report of the Committee on Good Government and Accountability of Public Officers of the provincial board when it dismissed two administrative cases filed by the vice mayor of San Quintin against four councilors for alleged moral turpitude.

Sixth District Board Member Alfonso Bince Jr., chairman of the committee, said the parties had reached an amicable settlement.

Vice Mayor Napoleon Co, the complainant, and Councilors Randy Ramirez, Jojo dela Cruz, Gerry Abenojar and Ruel Ferreria, the respondents, submitted a manifestation to the committee about the settlement.
