“No. 10 most wanted” in Urdaneta City arrested
URDANETA CITY—The No. 10 most wanted person in the city was finally collared by the Urdaneta City Police Station (UPS) last week.
P/Supt. Jeff Fanged, chief of UPS, said Jerwin Lacibal, 21, resident of Barangay Poblacion here, was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Judge Tita Villarin of the Regional Trial Court Branch 49 in Urdaneta City for the crime of robbery with recommended bail bond of Php100, 000.
Lacibal is considered notorious and has been in the wanted list since 2010.
“He lives in the city but he manages to leave every time an attempt to arrest him is planned”, said Fanged but this time residents alerted the police of his presence. (Hilda Austria)
