MEMBERS of the All Nations Christian Ministry stayed in Dagupan from June 2 to 5 to conduct a reassessment, distribution and training of the recipients of 71 customized wheelchairs they donated.

In addition to the wheelchairs, the organization also turned over 16 walkers, and 16 cranes and crutches at the Stimulation and Therapeutic Activity Center of the City Social Welfare and Development Office.

“On behalf of the city government, I thank the All Nations for its generous donation that will greatly benefit persons with disabilities in the city,” said Mayor Belen T. Fernandez.

She expressed her elation over the fact that now plenty of non-government organizations are choosing Dagupan as beneficiary of their corporate social responsibility projects.

She said the city received outpouring of support like medical missions, school supplies donation, construction of school buildings, bath project and others. (CIO)
