Public school teacher wins 2015 Limgas na Pangasinan. An English public school teacher from Sta. Barbara town is crowned 2015 Limgas na Pangasinan during the pageant and coronation night held at the Capitol Plaza in Lingayen last April 30. First runner-up spot went to Nichelle Yvette Coral (left) of Bugallon while Czaremma April Burgos (right) of Aguilar placed second runner-up. /MVSadim
