FINANCIAL GRANTS TO SCHOLARS. Vice Gov. Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. (left) and Board Member Amado “Pogi” I. Espino, III lead the distribution of financial grants to one of the 521 scholars under the joint scholarship program of Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. with the 1st Congressional District last May 22 at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center in Lingayen. Assisting the distribution of cash assistance are: Chief Administrative Officer and Provincial Scholarship Fund Board (PFSB) Management Team Chairman Irmina B. Francisco and PFSB Consultant Erlinda Fernandez. /MVSadim
