INCENTIVES FOR R1AA MEDALISTS– In grateful recognition of their achievement in the recently concluded Region 1 Athletic Association Meet in Manaoag, Mayor Belen T. Fernandez awarded cash incentives and certificates of commendation to the second batch of athletes for their haul of 18 gold, 35 silver and 35 bronze medals in different events, most of which was in swimming.
