Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. (upper photo, standing at the rostrum) briefs representatives from 24 giant local and international companies who are set to invest in Pangasinan particularly in the construction of the seaport in Sual and other viable projects at the eco-tourism zone in Lingayen during their orientation visit at the Ceremonial Hall of the Urduja House on March 27. Lower photo shows Gov. Espino pointing to investors the sprawling land area of the eco-tourism zone. The investors were led by Charles Ampofo, KAMPAC Oil Middle East F2CO Chairman and Atty. Miguel Varela, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry National President. The foreign firms include locators and contractors from South Korea, United Kingdom, Japan, Spain, Netherlands, Ghana and China /MVSadim
