DRUG-TESTING LAB IN DAGUPAN—Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) chairman, Secretary Antonio A. Villar, Jr., turns over the P5 million check as financial assistance for Dagupan City government’s plan to establish a drug-testing laboratory in the city to support its anti-illegal drug campaign.
