FOUR BEACHED DOLPHINS RELEASED – Mayor Belen T. Fernandez and City Agriculturist Emma Molina look into the condition of four spinner dolphins that beached in Barangay Pugaro around midnight of January 27. Two of the dolphins with minor injuries were later released after being given antibiotic shot by the City Veterinary Office. The city agriculture and veterinary offices approved the release of the dolphins back to their natural habitat. (CIO photo)
