FISH NETS FOR FRY COLLECTORS – A total of 25 fisherfolk households from barangay Pugaro receive from Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (center) on February 9 five units of fry collection apparatus composed of nets, floaters, sinkers and ropes for collecting various fries and fingerlings along the coastal areas of Pugaro.
