DAGUPAN PWDs RECEIVE FREE PROSTHESIS AND ORTHOPEDIC SHOES WITH LEG BRACKETS– Mayor Belen T. Fernandez awards free leg prosthesis and orthopedic shoes with leg brackets to at least 10 persons with disabilities (PWDs) last February 9 to help improve their physical condition. Fernandez said more PWDs in the city will be given free leg prosthesis and orthopedic shoes because this   undertaking is a continuing project of the city government in partnership with the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.
