THE City Population Office (CPO) has began conducting its “Kalalakihan, Tapat sa Responsibilidad at Obligasyon sa Pamilya” (KATROPA) seminar series for the heads of the families in the 31 barangays of the city.

Alex De Venecia, head of CPO said the KATROPA seminar is in addition to the responsible parenting good practices and mother’s class symposiums. KATROPA tackles the responsibilities of a good father, including his responsibility in responding to the needs of his family not only in terms of finances.

Seminars were already held in barangays Pantal, Pugaro, Pogo Chico, Mayombo, Caranglaan, Bonuan Gueset, Lomboy, Lasip Grande, Bacayao Sur, Bacayao Norte and Pogo Grande. (Hilda Austria)
