BINMALEY— Nine drug pushers were arrested and charged by the town’s police last year.

This was reported by the BPS chief of police p/Superintendent Marlo Castillo in his accomplishment report for the previous year.

He identified the arrested drug pushers from eight different police operations as Carlos Villanueva, Noel Banez, Jordan Winston Gonzales, Bony Santiago, Mark Joseph Fernandez, Luiz Joshua Doria, Jonathan Sison, Bogart Zamora, and Jimmy Zamora.

The arrests led to the seizure of 16 heat sealed sachets containing ‘shabu’ and over P2,000 marked money.

The two Zamoras were released after they posted bail bonds.

All of remaining suspects, except for Santiago who is detained at the BPS detention cell, are committed at the Pangasinan Provincial Jail in Lingayen.

Meanwhile, a certain Reynald Natividad is still at large after being able to resist arrest during the police operation last Dec. 21.

Castillo has vowed to further intensify his station’s anti-illegal drugs fight this year. (Johanne Macob/PNA)
