CITY HALL EMPLOYEES RECEIVE 14TH MONTH PAY–- Regular employees of the city government are all smiles as they receive their 14th month pay last December 22 from Mayor Belen T. Fernandez who personally led in the distribution of the financial bonanza to make sure that this will go straight to the employees and not to unscrupulous people from whom they borrowed money.
