CITY GETS P1.68-M FOR CORE SHELTER PROJECT – Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (4^th from left) formally receives a P1.68 million check from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for the construction of housing units under the Core Shelter Assistance project for 30 scavenger families in Dagupan. The project, under the Grassroots Participatory Budgeting Process (GPBP), will provide housing to beneficiaries who will be relocated to Sitio Korea in Barangay Bonuan Binloc.
