Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. and Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Unit 1 Executive Director Valentino C. Perdido flash the number one sign with members of the farmers’ organization during the turnover of the Rice Processing Complex (RPC) management to Pangasinan Federation of Irrigators Association (PFIA) and the Association of Land Bank-Assisted Cooperatives Association (ALBACOPA) last September 29 at the RPC Compound in Brgy. Tebag, Sta. Barbara. Under the new management led by PFIA President Oftociano Manano and ALBACOPA Pres. Levi Bautista, Gov. Espino expressed confidence that the multimillion facilities will regain its losses and that more farmers will benefit from the project. /MVS
