Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. joins the hospital staff in the candle-lighting ceremony as part of the activities of the Employees’ Team Building at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center Gymnasium in Lingayen.

The activity seeks to boost the morale of the employees and strengthen the hospital organization to attain excellent job performance and foster client satisfaction.
