DAGUPAN CITY—The Department of Agriculture (DA) and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region 1 presented the “Gawad Pasasalamat” to the city government for its participation in the joint mobile registration and licensing of commercial fishing vessel.

According to Emma Molina, city agriculturist, the city has registered 22 fishing vessels, the highest number in the region. The awarding marked the observance of the 51st “Linggo ng Pangisdaan”. (Hilda Martin Austria/PNA)
