Call 16-911 for emergencies in Dagupan

IN Dagupan, the number to call for police assistance folks in case of emergency or to report a crime 24/7 is 16-911.

The new number is part of the program dubbed as B.E.L.E.N. that has already served 30 emergency cases in September and 21 cases for the period of October 1-13, “bringing the number of cases responded to a total of 189 cases since January this year”.

City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) chief Ronaldo R. De Guzman said B.E.L.E.N. 16911 is part of the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council’s Preparedness and Response Program in collaboration with the Dagupan City Police Station. It is now equipped with a new ambulance.
