Province joins 29th International Coastal Cleanup
FOUR areas in Pangasinan have been identified as convergence areas for the province’s participation in the 29th International Coastal Cleanup on September 20.
According to Raymundo Gayo, community environment and natural resources officer (CENRO) for central Pangasinan, these are in Lingayen (at the back of the Capitol Building); in San Isidro, Binmaley; in Bonuan Tondaligan, Dagupan City; and in Nibaliw, San Fabian.
Around 5,000 participants from different local government units, schools and non-government organizations are expected to participate in the worldwide annual cleanup.
