CITY TURNS OVER TWO NEW PATROL VEHICLES TO POLICE–—Mayor Belen T. Fernandez (2nd from left, center), in her continued campaign to make Dagupan more peaceful and orderly, turns over two new patrol vehicles on September 9 to the city PNP thru P/Supt. Christopher N. Also turned over was a new ambulance for use of the city’s Basic Emergency Life Extending Network or B.E.L.E.N. 16911 which can be immediately dispatched 24/7 for any emergency.
