Access to Dasol’s Tambobong Beach nears completion

PANGASINAN’S NEXT MAJOR BEACH DESTINATION

MORE tourists are expected to visit the pristine white beach in the first district town Dasol, soon as the ongoing construction of the road network heading towards Tambobong Beach is completed.

Speaking at the KBP Forum last week, Dasol town mayor Noel Nacar said the first phase of their road network project will be completed next month.

The first phase, 23-kilometer road network project, funded by the Department of Tourism (DOT) will be followed by a second phase next year.

Meanwhile, First District Board Member Antonio Sison previously revealed that Gov. Amado Espino Jr. has allocated P8 million concreting project for the Bobonot-Tambobong road.

The on-going project in the first district for the district’s tourism development are road line to Umbrella Rocks in Agno; the road in Anda leading to the Tondol Beach; the Pita road in Infanta leading to Pita Falls; and the Malimpin road in Dasol, among others. — Johanne R. Macob
