PLAN FOR BIGGER CONSIGNACION AREA—-Mayor Belen T. Fernandez announces in a meeting with fish consignacion (wholesale) operators last August 20 that the city government plans to provide a bigger space for them to further boost the fishery industry in Dagupan City.
