FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR PUGARO FISHERFOLKS —-The Samahan ng Maliliit na Mangingisda sa Dagupan City Inc. formed by marginalized and small-scale fishermen in Barangay Pugaro, receives P500,580 from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the city government.
