MANGALDAN—Some 30 police office personnel of the Mangaldan police station will undergo computer literacy refresher course under the tutelage of the Colegio De Dagupan (CDD).

P/Supt. Jackie Candelario, chief of Mangaldan police, said updating the police personnel on computer technology and processing will help the staff to become more efficient in their reporting and administrative tasks and eventually give them more time to go on patrol.

CDD will provide the training for free including the use of their facility (computer laboratory) and instructors as trainers.  “This training will help our staff become more efficient in processing and interpreting information gathered from investigations with the help of technology,” said Candelario.

The training will cover four consecutive Sundays set to begin next week.  (Hilda M. Austria/PNA)
