MORE EVACUATION CENTERS—-Mayor Belen T. Fernandez signs another Memorandum of Understanding with additional batch of owners of three-storey houses and buildings who signified willingness to open their buildings and residences to their barangaymates in case a tsunami or a storm surge necessitates an evacuation.
