BLAST FISHING—Employees of the City Agriculture Office examine some of the fish packed in 86 boxes that were seized at the Dagupan Fish Market loaded inside a truck that came from Magsingal, Ilocos Sur at dawn of May 26. Examiners determined that the fish were caught through blast fishing.
